Your full satisfaction from Neckit is important to us. If you are not satisfied, you may return our product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling.
The package must be returned with 10 Neckits and 10 Stabilizers in unused condition in original packaging to ensure credit.
*We will provide a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 30 days of our reciept of the returned order.
